Behind every volunteer hour and community investment is a desire to make a difference. Each year, Steelscape invests more than $100,000 in our communities, and our employees generously contribute over 1,000 volunteer hours to causes that help strengthen our communities.

Caring for our communities means supporting employees, neighbors, and families through life's challenges. Throughout the year, Steelscape employees rally behind causes that bring hope and healing, including Walk MS and Light The Night, standing with those affected by serious illnesses.
Our commitment also includes on-site blood drives that help save lives by supporting local hospitals, as well as partnerships with regional Humane Societies that provide care and second chances for animals in need.

At the heart of every strong community is the belief that no one should face hardship alone. Through partnerships with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, Steelscape supports affordable housing by contributing materials, resources, and volunteer efforts.
Employees also assemble care packages for individuals experiencing homelessness, participate in holiday giving programs for families in need, and support local shelters and community organizations that provide essential resources, stability, and hope.

Through scholarships, Backpack Buddies programs that help address weekend food insecurity, and annual school supply drives, Steelscape supports students and families with the resources they need to succeed.
