Metallic Coating
Each capability supports reliable manufacturing, predictable results, and the demands of applications that rely on steel starting at the coil level. From tightly controlled coating application and color consistency to efficient processing and dependable product quality, our capabilities help customers improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce variability, and deliver consistent performance in the finished product.
Painting Coil
We add aesthetic appeal and finish performance through paints, finishes, and textures applied on continuous paint lines. Steel may be painted after metallic coating, and aluminum is processed through the paint line to achieve consistent visual quality and coating performance.
ZINCALUME® steel is a formulation of aluminum‑zinc alloy metallic coating selected to support enhanced corrosion resistance and cut‑edge protection.
